Our committee heads sit below our executive board and are responsible for managing and delegating tasks to our five committees: Finance, Diversity & Inclusion, Social & Service, Professional, and Marketing. In every recruitment cycle, we also have a Pledge & Rush Committee that aids the MORs in preparation for new talent acquisition. Committee heads are elected biannually, which allows members of all years to gain leadership experience.
