  • It’s been 24 hours and I have not received contact from an AKPsi member — what should I do?

    • Please email uchiprocloset@gmail.com, and include your name and the items you have checked out in the subject line of your email.

  • I’m not sure if the sizing will work — what should I do?

    • Pick a few options that you would like to try and check them out through our website. When you go to pick up your clothes, you may try them on for fit before deciding whether you want to borrow them. We want to help as much as we can, but we currently limit the number of items you may try on to 1 alternate piece for each type of clothing (so a maximum of 6 items in total).

  • How do I know if the item is already reserved?

    • If an item has been reserved, an “out of stock” label will show up in the top right corner of the preview image on our items page. Items will be restocked as they are returned.

  • I like the clothes I borrowed a lot — can I buy them?

    • Due to our limited inventory, for now, you cannot buy any Professional Closet items.

  • Do I need to wash the clothes before I return them?

    • No — we will machine wash (or dry clean if applicable) the returned clothing to make sure it’s clean for the next use! Clothes are also ironed before given to the borrower if necessary.

  • I’d like to donate some professional clothing — where should I go?

  • I can’t find my size or an item that I need — what should I do?

    • Please fill out this form, and we will try our best to offer that item in the future.

  • I have some feedback about the closet — who should I talk to?
